Professionals:

1. Professionals may pay the Company a subscription fee to access the Company’s network and receive introductions;
2. Professionals may also pay an introductory fee per enquiry or lead received;
3. Such payments are for marketing and introduction services only.

The Company’s remuneration from Professionals does not influence the advice or services provided by the Professional.

7. Consumer Obligations & Use of the Platform

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the Services, the Consumer agrees to:

2. Notify the Company of any material inaccuracies;
3. Permit the Company to share relevant information with a matched Professional;

2. Any contractual dispute between Consumer and Professional;
3. Any loss arising from reliance on advice provided by a third party;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited where doing so would be unlawful under applicable UK law.

10. Website Availability
